At Nineteen86 Candle Studio, we are committed to crafting each product with care and attention to detail to provide you with the best possible experience. Below, we present our refund and returns policy.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be mailed within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in perfect, unused condition.
- Shipping and return costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- To initiate a return, please email us at nineteen86candlestudio@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for return. Once accepted, we will notify you of the next steps.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. The process may take at least seven (7) days from the date the item was received. We will send you an email when your return has been processed.
