Shipping policy

At Nineteen86 Candle Studio, we want your candles to arrive safe and ready to light up your space. Each package is prepared with love and it's our priority to pack it carefully as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

  • All our orders are carefully prepared within 1 to 3 business days. If you purchase during launches or peak seasons (such as Christmas), this timeframe may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Destinations

  • We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package leaves our studio, delivery times are typically:

  • Standard: 2 to 7 business days.
  • Express: 1 to 2 business days.

(We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service beyond our control.)

Order Tracking

  • As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. At Nineteen86 Candle Studio, we will do our best to meet estimated processing and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee them due to potential delays from the postal service. Once your package leaves my studio, I have no control over when or how it is delivered. As a small business, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please contact the postal service to file a claim and receive a refund for your order. If you have any trouble filing your claim, we are happy to assist you.

Packaging and Damage

Our candles are delicate. We protect them with cushioning materials to ensure they arrive intact.

  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at nineteen86candlestudio@gmail.com. Include a photo of the packaging and the product, along with your order number. We'll resolve the issue immediately!
